At All Seasons Cardtique, you can be sure We do not, have not and will not sell or share any information collected as a result of the visit to our store. This includes email address, mailing address or buying history. We reserve the right to contact you regarding an order placed and once completed will not contact you again unless you indicate you wish to receive future e-mails, mailings or calls related to specific collectible products. We do not store or record any sensitive personal information including your address or credit card number.


Returns & Refund Policy

At All Seasons Cardtique, We will refund your entire purchase price for any reason of any UNUSED item in new condition still in the original manufacturers box and packaging (excluding special orders or Hallmark Keepsake ornaments) just pack the item in the original shipping carton & original packing materials and return to the store within 14 days of purchase. We will credit you the same way as you paid us (i.e. credit card or check). we reserve the right to determine whether to replace the item or issue a full refund.


Special Orders

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to place a special order for an item that we do not normally carry in our inventory. The special order item must meet the manufacturers minimum order policies or it will be delayed until we are ready to place a larger order with that manufacturer. It must also be packed in ones - we can't order 6 or 12 of an item that we don't normally stock so you may purchase one. Please call us for further information or to place a special order.

Our members earn points with every purchase! Those points add up to reward certificates that you can redeem on Hallmark branded ® products at your Hallmark Gold Crown Store! As a Hallmark Gold Crown Card member, you'll automatically earn: 10 points for every $1 you spend 50 additional points for every greeting card you buy. What do you get for all the points you've accumulated? Reward certificates! When you spend at least $60 annually (based on the calendar year), you'll begin to receive occasional special mailings that include reward certificates. The amount of the certificate is based on your points balance, but each certificate is worth at least $2.00.
